Four course prix fixe dinner menu below:
First: Tuna and watermelon crudo with whipped lemon mint ricotta, toasted almonds, olive oil, and balsamic reduction.
Second: Grilled octopus with onion puree, beet reduction, garlic oil, toasted almonds, crispy fennel, and micro dill.
Third: Grilled and oven finished NY strip with rosemary thyme butter, pineapple chimichurri, and parmesan fingerling potatoes.
Fourth: Traditional tiramisu with mascarpone, lady fingers, dusted in chocolate and coffee
Dietary alternatives available upon request. Prix fixe dinner service starts promptly at 7pm. Non-refundable.
Dinner gratuity included ("Service Fee"). Selected beverages, beverage gratuity, and beverage tax will be charged onsite.
Communal seating venue. Parties that do not purchase tickets together on the same order but wish to be seated together must email reservation@chefdancesocial.com the name and TicketWeb order number at least forty-eight hours before the event to ensure you will be seated together.
