CHEF ADAM SOBEL

Sobel’s journey to culinary excellence began with his graduation from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where he honed his skills and passion for cooking. He further refined his craft by training under esteemed chefs such as Gunter Seeger, Charlie Trotter, Daniel Boulud, and Guy Savoy, garnering invaluable experience from each mentor. In 2003, Sobel relocated to Las Vegas and played an integral role in the creation of the renowned James Beard Award-winning restaurant Bradley Ogden at Caesars Palace. Subsequently, he served as the Chef de Cuisine at Guy Savoy further solidifying his reputation for creating bold programs that pushed the boundaries on flavor and guest experiences. In 2011, Sobel assumed the Executive Chef role at Chef Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, D.C., marking the inception of a longstanding partnership with Chef Michael Mina and MINA Group. Adam Sobel, an accomplished culinary professional, is recognized as one of the award-winning Partner/Executive Chefs of MINA Group. During his 14-year tenure as a partner and Executive Chef at MINA Group, Sobel played a pivotal role in shaping a portfolio of over 40 restaurants and brands across the U.S. and Dubai. In 2025 with the launch of his own hospitality company, Aether Group, Chef is now focused on launching unique concepts rooted in authenticity and soul. Beyond the kitchen, Sobel’s charismatic personality and deep culinary knowledge has made him a television favorite with appearances on Food Network's Tournament of Champions, Guy's Grocery Games, Guy's Ranch Kitchen, and Chopped. Chef Sobel is a guest chef at many Food and Wine events around the country, as well as charity events for Ava's Kitchen, The V Foundation, Autism Speaks, and No Kid Hungry.
