Fill out all of the required information below to enter our ChefDance drawing for a chance to win an invitation for you and a guest.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Winners will receive a guest list invitation for them and a guest to attend one night of the exclusive ChefDance 2013 event. Entrance will include the dinner provided that evening from one of our chefs. Winners will be provided more information via email for the night they have won attendance to.
1. Email addresses will be entered into random.org which will generate 4 random email addresses (one for each night of the event.)
2. Winners will be notified via the email they provided on the entry form, and via our Facebook and Twitter accounts. Winners will be announced at 10:30 PM PST each day starting Thursday January 17, 2013.

3. One entry per person. Double entries will not be accepted.
4. Offer has no cash value.
5. Original entries will be accepted each day. Entrants who do not win each day will be carried over for the remainder of the drawing.
6. Entries will be accepted through 10:00 PM PST Sunday January 20, 2013.
7. ChefDance is only responsible for adding the name of the winner and winner’s guest if provided to the guest list each night.
8. The full list of winners will be published on Facebook and Twitter @Chefdance.com.
9. ChefDance holds no responsibility for any and all transportation to and from the event.
